2. Gulet Yachting gives no guarantee or confirmation of the standard or the description of the subjects in the adverts of its Internet  pages.

3. Gulet Yachting, owners or agents are not responsible for any typographical errors in the information supplied.

4. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

5. The accuracy of the information on Gulet Yachting' Internet  pages is the sole responsibility of the owner  of the advertised subject.  Gulet Yachting does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

6. The visitor shall always remain responsible to take precautions against viruses, worms and other external influences.

Bookings : Gulet Yachting assumes that you agree to the following Booking Conditions together with all other details contained in this web page as it  forms the basis of your contract with us. In these Booking Conditions, "you" means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). "We" and "us" means Gulet Yachting.

When you book your Private Gulet Charter you will have to pay either:   

•  the deposit (once the confirmation is made, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total charter cost within 10 days of the confirmation)  or

•  the full cost of the charter if it is 12 (twelve) weeks or less before your charter starts

The Private charter rate does not include the following:

• Airport Transfer - this can be arranged at an additional cost.

• Land Excursions - a variety of special interest tours can be arranged at an additional cost.

• Port and Harbour fees for Greek island destinations

• **Food and Beverage. ( Luxury Gulet private charter rates are all inclusive: food, local beverages and airport transfers)

  **Food and beverage may be arranged either by a pre-embarkation shopping list with the help of our staff / crew, or by choosing the full board option.

  The standard full board option is 75.-Euro per person per day and includes three meals, all soft drinks and Turkish alcoholic drinks. Deluxe full board is available for  90.-Euro per person per day and includes premium Turkish wines, import drinks and daily fresh sea food..

Cabin Charter :
The Cabin Charter rates are based on (7) seven days charter and include crew, all meals onboard, fuel for up to 4-5 hours cruising per day, potable water, Turkish harbour tax and expenses. Cabin charter rates exclude; Airport Transfers, Land Excursions and all drinks.
Prices are prepared as full board accommodation, per person in double cabin. If you would like to stay alone in double cabin, you should need to pay extra of 60% to 75 % depending on the itinerary as single supplement.
 

General information for Cabin Charter :

Check in boarding starts from 15 : 30 on your first day and  service starts with evening meal on board. “Checkout" on your  last day will be after breakfast at 10 :30 am. As first and last days are transfer days, these nights will  be spent in the marina. During the "Blue Cruise" the engines will mostly be used. However the sails can be opened time by time according to the weather conditions and wind direction. The captain and crew would be arranging the general service time of the meals according to guest's requirements. The captain might do some changes within the cruise programme according to the sea and weather conditions for the safety and security of our guests. It is not allowed to bring drinks or alcoholic beverages on to the Yacht from outside. Any drinks can be purchased from the bar on the yacht and bills will be paid at the end of the cruise. Our clients consist of people who love the sea from all over the globe and therefore create the perfect opportunity to meet people from every type of culture. We can not and do not control age or nationality of our other guests on board. If you would like to hire a Private Yacht then please see our Private Charter section. Our cruises are carefully planned and every detail thoughtfully considered. Tours are programmed in advance and therefore we can not change any thing on the itinerary according to any customer's special requirement. Every morning when guests are at breakfast there will be a routine cleaning for WC and Cabins. During the middle of the week there will be a generic cleaning on the yacht. Bedclothes are provided at the beginning of the cruise and do not change if there is no special situation. On scheduled 'blue Cruse' travels the yachts are different in size between 17 to 32 meters long. These yachts have different amounts of cabins from 4 to 12 depending on the length of the yacht. These yachts are southern Aegean constructed, traditional wooden yachts. All Cabins are for two people. Cabins generally have double beds. We can not give guarantee for Twin or triple cabins. All cabins have private WC /Shower, portholes, a little dressing wardrop. For two people there are blankets, 1 small and 1 big towels and pillows. The toilets could be a type of house or marine toilet with pump. Depending on the passenger capacity there are safety equipments on board such as life jackets, lines, dingy boat, life raft etc. Depending on the size of the yacht at least 2 and at most 5 crew are provided. All yachts have electricity power of 12 V or 24 V. We do not  guarantee a generator. When the yachts anchored at Marina 220 V electric would be supplied. All boats are fully insured. We advise you to take out your own  personal travel insurance and cancellation insurance. Depending on the passenger capacity, the yachts have dining areas, sun beds, shaded areas and indoor saloon. Hot & cold water is available in cabins and the water tanks are big enough to cover all requirements. For the dirty waters of shower / WC, there are holding tanks in enough capacity and drain system for both toilets and showers. Fuel tanks are of the required capacity. Fridges and cool boxes are sufficient to keep the drinks cold and the food fresh. The kitchens (galleys) in the yachts are equipped to prepare and cook the food to be served on board. All yachts stores basic fishing lines, flippers and snorkels for the use of our guests. The Gulets we use for our "cabin charters" are not with A/C.

 Should you, or a member of your party, decide(s) to cancel, you must inform us immediately and the charges shown below apply from the date we receive the notice and is payable by you. If any person cancels and you can not fill that person's place,  you have to cover that person's cost. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

 The following is our scale of charges to cover our estimated loss caused by the cancellation as we may be unable to re-charter the boat or if we can, it may not be at the full charter price,
